Michael Baldauf shares Raiffeisen's stance on culture between departments and with the customer: "The culture for us, the center of what we do, is personal interaction. We're a cooperative company so we always have to talk to each other and compromise. We decided not to use Chat bots because our clients wouldn't like to talk to a machine rather than us. So the thing is again we need to talk to each other, we need to cross business, cross IT, cross functionality, cross compliance legal people.
